2. Research

We use quantitative methods to measure tangible aspects and evaluate them against predefined targets. The process involves a set of predetermined questions that serve as a basis for determining the study’s outcome. Quantitative data is collected through various means, including surveys, questionnaires, and polls. In surveys, we utilize cutting-edge technology such as Qualtrics to gather data efficiently and effectively. The online survey platform eliminates the need for human intervention, making it more practical and time-saving. We also employ advanced survey logic, such as branching, quotas, chain surveys, and looping, to reduce the time required to create and respond to research and/or evaluation surveys. In our research, we employ qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, historical documents) when quantitative methods are insufficient to address the research problem, provide an understanding of the context, or are inappropriate for complex issues. Qualitative data collection involves observing, interviewing, conducting case studies, and organizing focus groups. Our researchers analyze qualitative data using modern tools to identify themes, cluster similar data, and derive meaningful insights. One such qualitative method we utilize is observation. Our observations can help explain behaviors and the social context that is often concealed by quantitative methods. We can conduct structured interviews with individuals or groups in controlled conditions or with open-ended questions. Additionally, we may record audio or video during our observations to ensure accuracy.
